How to transfer a domain to hosting and change registrar for free?

There are two ways to make a transfer (transfer domain)

1. Free domain transfer within the registrar to our partner account.

Free domain transfer in .RU, .РФ and .SU zones is done for the following domain registrars:

• REG.RU
• Webnames.ru
• r01.ru

2. Transfer will be paid from other registrars, prices for transferring domains are indicated here. Instructions for a paid domain transfer can be found at the end of the article.

Free REG.RU domain transfer

1. Go to the page https://www.reg.ru/domain/service/transfer_services

2. Please complete all fields:

- list of transferred domains;

- full name (or TIN of the organization, country);

- series and number of the passport;

- email to which you have registered an account in REG.RU;

- in the new owner's login field, enter our account domains@hostingru.net

- attach a scan of your passport (for legal entities with TIN and OGRN certificates)

Click Continue

Then you need to write us a request in technical support for attaching domains to your personal account.

To transfer domain support to another partner, you must:

• from an individual: send a electronic application from the domain administrator's contact email with a request to transfer the domain under the partner's management. In the application, you must specify the domain name and our partner login wn # 428791, to which you want to transfer. The letter must be accompanied by a color copy of the domain administrator's passport (spread with a photo and a page with the registration address);
  
  
• from organization: application must be drawn up on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of the head.
  
  For organizations registered before 01/01/2017, the following must be attached to the application:
  color scanned copies of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity and certificate of registration with the tax authority.
  
  For organizations registered after 01.01.2017 the application must be accompanied by:
  color scanned copies of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the certificate of registration with the tax authority.
  
  

  The original letter must be sent to the following address:

Free domain transfer r01.ru

To transfer domains RU, SU, РФ you need:

• Login to your personal account;
• In the section Domains click on the required domain;
• In the Tools panel, click on the button Submit an application to change the agreement without changing the Administrator;
• Enter a new contract number and Administrator identifier (nic-hdl) and click on the Submit application button.

After the migration is complete, you will receive a notification that the migration is complete.

Domain Transfer via Email

To transfer a domain to another partnership agreement (Partner's agreement with the Registrar) , you must send an application to info@r01.ru from the contact administrative e-mail using the following domain:

"Please transfer your domain [your_domain] to agreement #304786/R01-REG nic-hdl HOSTINGRU-R01"

Copies of supporting documents must be attached to the application. Nic-hdl can be found in your personal account R01 in the "Domain Administrators" section.

Domain transfer by letter

To transfer a domain to another partnership agreement (Partner's agreement with the Registrar), the following documents must be submitted:

For a legal entity:

• 1. Letter - Transfer of a legal entity's domain from an agreement to an agreement within R01
• 2. A copy of the Certificate of entry of a legal entity into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (OGRN Certificate).

For individuals and individual entrepreneurs:

• 1. Letter - Transfer of an individual's domain from agreement to agreement within R01
• 2. A copy of the passport (pages with full name, details of the issuing authority and a mark of permanent registration). If your domain is registered on the data of a previous passport - a page with a stamp about a previously issued document.

The letter and copies of supporting documents must first be sent by fax (495) 930-88-00 or scanned copies - by e-mail to the address info@r01.ru, and then send the original letter by regular mail.

The original letter must be sent by mail to the address:
123308, Moscow, PO Box 99, LLC Registrar R01.

If the Registrant of the domain changes, then the R01 Registrar must obtain the consent of both the sending and receiving parties of the domain.

Then you need to write us a request in technical support for attaching domains to your personal account.
